The walls are all built.
They may not look it from this angle but those are 12' studs. That garage door opening is 10' high with a 2' header. The building footprint is 30' by 42' so these walls weigh a few hundred pounds each. We need sleep before standing them up.
The walls are up.
The front wall was split into two sections. The first my wife and I put up without much trouble with props of progressive length to just "walk it" up. We got help for the others. I should explain that we get a fair amount of traffic by our house. (This project helps no doubt.) Rusty happened by just when we started hefting each of the end walls so he helped me throw those up. Fred happened by at the right time to help swing up the section with the big door opening. That left the big rear wall for which my ever faithful father in law showed up and provided extra muscle and a few good ideas about using props more strategically. The end result as you can see below is that it's really starting to look like a building now. Thanks everybody!
